Christian Novak
Christian has over 20 years of banking experience with JPMorgan, ING, Morgan Stanley, and National Bank Financial Group, mostly working in their Credit Risk Management, Fixed Income and Investment Management divisions covering the emerging markets. He is now the Chief Investment Officer (impact investments) of TBC Capital Asset Management Inc. For over 10 years, Christian has supported several microfinance and economic development projects: he assisted in the development of one of the leading MFIs in Argentina (Emprenda), he co-founded and was a Board member of two foundations aimed at implementing sustainable development projects and fostering education (Fundación Cruzada Argentina and Fundación Makro), he was a member of Morgan Stanley’s Microfinance Institutions Group, and he is a member of the Credit Committee of the Association Communautaire d'emprunt de Montréal.
